Water Interruption (16 August, 2019):: From 7:00 am to 3:30 pm most customers will experience low pressure or no water situations due to the repair works on the Board's main transmission line. The Board regrets any inconvenience this will cause.

Water Disconnections
     

It is required that all Blantyre Water Board customer should settle their bills every month within thirty days stated on a bill statement. All accounts with outstanding balances of thirty days and above automatically appear on the computer generated disconnection list and are duly disconnected.

A customer whose water supply has been disconnected for non-payment shall be required to pay all arrears (or any amount with special agreement with the Board).

However, water disconnection can also be effected at the request of the tenant/landlord or when the customer’s cheque has been returned by the Bank.
