I/we hereby apply for a New Water Connection or Additional Water Meter to the undernoted property in accordance with the Board's by-laws and Tariffs.
I/We understand that in the event of the connection being provided the conditions covering its uses will be those contained in the By-Laws (subject to amendment from time to time)
I / We undertake to be responsible for payment of the water charges properly chargeable in respect of this connection, in accordance with the Boards' prevailing tariff of charges.
I/We understand that the Board reserves the right to accept or decline this application based on the standing By-Laws guiding the connection installations. In the event that the application is acceptable
I / We undertake to be responsible for taking care of the water meter and prevent any form of damage including theft.
